1. What is this manual about?

This document aims to enhance the understanding of using CRM ChatGPT feature. It consists of four sections: Basics, Prompts & Input Process, Real Estate Companion, and Other Utility Quick Actions. Every step is followed by a screenshot of the step. Before delving into details, some terminology will be explained.

2. What is ChatGPT and How can it enhance C21 iPH CRM?

Introduction: ChatGPT is a powerful language model developed by OpenAI, designed to understand and generate human-like text. In the context of C21 iPH CRM, ChatGPT can enhance the system by providing intelligent responses, automating tasks, and facilitating effective communication. It empowers agents with quick access to information, improves client interactions through natural language processing, and streamlines various CRM processes, ultimately boosting efficiency and the overall user experience.

3. Some important terminology

• Prompt: A user input to instruct the model.
• School Information Search: Involves the capability within the CRM to search and retrieve comprehensive data about schools, including academic performance, facilities, and ratings.
• Simplify: Simplifies complex information within the CRM, making it more understandable for both agents and clients.
• Comparative Analysis: Involves the evaluation and comparison of various real estate properties, allowing agents to make informed decisions and provide clients with detailed insights.

1. BASICS

A. C21 iPH Agent Log-In

1.1 Go to the Main Website

1.2 To get to the Agent log-in page, scroll down to the bottom of the site, and click on the Three Asterisk indicated by the red box.

B. Location of ChatGPT

1.1 To get to C21 ChatGPT, click on ChatGPT panel indicated by the red box.

1.2 You will be directed to the home page of CRM ChatGPT like the one shown below.

C. ChatGPT Agent Registration

1.1 Navigate to the Registration Page

Click on the button: "Sign Up! It's Free" as indicated by the red box inside C21 ChatGPT Home Page (Read Section A & B to know how to navigate to ChatGPT Home).

1.2 Fill Out the Registration Form

Provide the required information in the registration form, including your @c21ipropertieshawaii.com email, a strong password, and the confirmation of password. Be sure to checkmark "I accept the terms and conditions" and click on "Accept" as indicated by the red box.

1.3 Submit the Registration Form

After completing the form, click the Register button to send your registration request.

You should see this page pop up as soon as you register.

1.4 Confirmation

Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email to your personal email from crm@solveeasy.com indicating that your registration request has been received. Open the email and click on Verify Email as indicated by the red box.

D. C21 iPH Agent Log-In

1.1 Go to the Home/Login Page of ChatGPT (Read Section A & B to know how to navigate to ChatGPT Home)

1.2 Enter Your Credentials

Input your username and password into the designated fields.

1.3 Click the Log-In Button

After entering your credentials, click the "Log In" button indicated by the red box to access your account.

1.4 Access Agent Dashboard

Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to the agent dashboard.

2. Prompts and Input Process

A. User Input Textbox

1.1 Using the Textbox

The textbox enables agents to input text or data for specific actions. Click or tap on the textbox to activate it, then type your text.

1.2 Input Guidelines

Ensure all necessary information is provided. There are no restrictions on input length. See the "Real Estate Companion" section for specific formatting rules for certain prompt buttons.

1.3 Editing and Formatting

The textbox supports basic editing and formatting options: copy, paste, undo, redo, bold, itaChoolic, underline, bullet points, table creation, code snippets, etc.

1.4 Submitting Input

After entering text or data, click the appropriate prompt buttons to submit. Consult the "Real Estate Companion" section for button functions.

B. Selecting Prompts

1.1 Understanding Prompt Buttons

Prompt buttons offer options for processing/changing the inputted text.

1.2 Available Prompt Options

Some prompt options include (more details in "Real Estate Companion" section of the manual):

• Neighborhood Information Search: Search for information about a specific neighborhood.
• Comparative Analysis: Analyze and compare neighborhoods.
• Expired List SF: Shows single-family houses with expired contracts with real estate agents.

1.3 Selecting a Prompt

To apply a prompt:

1. Enter text in the input textbox.
2. Choose a prompt button.
3. Click the button.

1.4 Prompt Results

After using a prompt, review the result. Adjust the input text or choose a different prompt if needed.

A. School Information Search

The School Information Search feature allows users to retrieve detailed information about schools in Hawaii.

1.2 Available Options:

• School Information Search: Enter the name of a school followed by the city name in Hawaii to get detailed information about that school (e.g., "Punahou School Honolulu").

To perform a school information search:

1. Enter the name of a school followed by the city name in the input textbox (e.g., "Punahou School Honolulu").
2. Click the "School Information Search" button.
