1. Attend the live Abe Lee Seminars pre-licensing class or do the independent course for $50 if you sign a listing agreement or sign a Buyer's Representation Agreement. Even if you do not want to get a real estate license, it is very helpful to go through the school in order to know what to expect when you go through the home buying process.
 

2. Earn thousands of dollars in extra income without quitting your job. Simply take the pre-licensing course and get a real estate license and join our referral firm. You can earn 20% of the commission by referring a buyer or seller and if it closes, Pam Shewell (PLS Realty), our Referral Broker, will receive 25% of the commission and you will get 20%. Pam will keep 5%. You must pay for the course and will be reimbursed the tuition after your referring transaction has closed. If you have a hot lead and are not able to take the class before the transaction is closed, you can give the referral to Century 21 iProperties Hawaii (C21 iPH) and when the transaction closes, we will hold the 25% commission for Pam Shewell until you get your real estate license. In this case, you take the class free since you have a transaction in escrow or have a closed transaction. All agents in the referral company do not pay Honolulu Board of Realtor (HBR) dues, Multiple Listing Service (MLS) fees, and Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance. If at least one referral ends in a closed transaction in the biennium, the referral agent will get the tuition refunded, a 20% referral fee and the license renewal fee for the next biennium will be paid by iPH. CE classes will also be free for the live classes if you give us a referral that closes in the biennium. If however, you refer a client to iPH that DOES NOT result in a closed transaction, you WILL NOT be refunded the tuition and WILL BE responsible for the license renewal fee and CE class fees.

 

3. Switch careers and become a real estate agent full time. Although iPH prefers full time agents, you may be considered on a part time basis if you are serious about the real estate business. Take the pre-licensing course and join us. The tuition will be reimbursed after you join Century 21 iProperties Hawaii and have your first closed transaction.

 

4. If you meet anyone who is looking to buy a house at any of the development projects such as Hoakalei, Gentry Homes or D.R. Horton, let them know you can represent them as the buyer's agent. You must accompany the buyer on the first visit to the sales office or you will not be able to get a commission.
