To qualify for this program, the IRS must recognize your organization as a non-profit charitable organization and an information form must be completed and sent to Century 21 iProperties Hawaii.

All you need to do is let your members and supporters know that if they buy or sell real estate, they can help raise much needed funds for your organization by introducing us to the buyers and sellers. When the transaction closes we will coordinate the contribution to your organization for 10% of the commission that was paid to Century 21 iProperties Hawaii.
